		OTC Nail Tech Students Host WC Softball Team The Waycross College women’s fastpitch softball team traveled to nearby Okefenokee Technical College recently - not to face a local rival, but to get their nails done.

		Troy Mattox Recognized for Service & Support Troy Mattox, outgoing member of the Okefenokee Technical College Board of Directors, was presented a “Distinguished Service Award” by Dr. Gail Thaxton, president of OTC, at the June 2010 board meeting.

		Jessica Simmons Receives Brooksie A. Pike Scholarship Jessica Simmons of Hoboken is the Summer 2010 Brooksie A. Pike Scholarship recipient for Okefenokee Technical College.
